I step in as an advisor or NED when things are unclear — strategy feels fuzzy, the team’s stuck, or the roadmap doesn’t match the vision. I bring external perspective grounded in operating experience. I’m not here to rubber-stamp decisions — I’m here to ask the questions no one else is asking.
